Prices are tax included
All Service and products come with a 7 week on-site service warranty. We come to you free of charge to fix any problems be it a repair gone wrong or a new product gone faulty, with the condition that you are within the Blue Mountains region. All other warranties are back to base where you will need to bring either the issue or the product back to us for repair.
We will replace all DOA products regardless of issue, if the customer chooses to have a refund on any product it’ll only be provided if the package has not been opened (in the event of a product) or if deemed reasonable by a representative of UMSA. Refunds will only be provided in the form of store credit and/or service of the customers choosing. Cancelation of service for a refund will only be granted if USMA is notified up to at least 24hours prior to when service is to commence or agreed upon be it a verbal agreement or otherwise. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if applicable
UMSA reserves the right to exclude service for custom/corporate mainframes and or systems that are either not supported commercially and/or privately developed, and are mission critical to that corporation. Insurance simply will not cover the loss of income to your business in the event the worst should happen. UMSA reserves the right to not provide any product/service of any kind to anyone for whatever reason.
UMSA and/or its representatives do not accept liability for loss or business, loss of profit, and/or negligence on behalf of the customer due to down time where USMA is not responsible. Our best efforts will be to repair any faults and we will be able to provide support for high priority calls within 8 business hours from when we are first notified. In the event that a priority call comes in while we are servicing a medium to low priority system and/or program then service will be suspended until the high priority call has been resolved.
